Director, Operations - Delivery Emerging Tech
Position SummaryWhat you'll do The Director, Operations - Delivery Emerging Tech will be the business leader for materializing assets that will be used as last mile delivery propositions.
As the business lead, this role will work with our front-end ecommerce team through initiative launches, pilots and operations as we build the customer proposition.
This exciting opportunity will interface with external vendors and have shared responsibility for asset evaluation, design decisions and establishment of procurement targets for assets such as drones, electric and autonomous vehicles.
You'll sweep us off our feet if You have professional experience in electric and self-driving vehicles manufacturing and technology.
You have exposure to alternative delivery models like drones to expand the customer proposition in last mile delivery.
You understand industry regulations and trends as it relates to emerging technology in ground and air transport of goods.
You demonstrate operational and financial acumen in evaluating pilots and new business launches.
You'll make an impact by Acting as a servant leader who is self-aware, honest and embraces change.
