Position SummaryWhat you'll doWe're offing the opportunity to be a Senior Researcher on a team of professional futurists facilitators and futurists researchers, helping Walmart and our subsidiaries think about what is possible and design a strategy to get there.
We consider ourselves an internal consulting team, specializing in helping business units think further ahead than next year.
As a Senior Researcher, you will lead multiple research engagements with various business units throughout the year.
You will identify and present signals, drivers, and scenarios to help develop artifacts from the future, personas, and other foresight items for both your engagements and other projects within the team.

What you'll do:
Partnering with business units to explore related futures and developing action roadmaps to achieve them.
Educating the business on the value of foresight research, and helping your partners understand how these may impact the future of their area.
Bringing your experiences into the team and your engagements, and leveraging a wide network of associates to develop robust and insightful engagement deliverables that spur teams to action What you'll bring:
Communication Skills - You are able to lead medium to large groups through your research findings, and adapt on the fly to changing goals, needs, or energy levels.

An Eye for the Future - You love to research disruptive technologies, performing PESTLE (Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal and Environmental) analysis, and envisioning the potential impacts to the future.

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
Option 2:
5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
