Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Director of Communications will drive communications about working at Walmart.
In this role, you'll lead internal and external communications to help tell the story of why Walmart is a great place to work, amplifying our many perks, benefits, career growth opportunities and more.
This person will play a key role in managing our overall workforce narrative, including the company's people led, tech powered messaging.
The director will lead HR/people communications for our Home Office associates (Global Tech, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Global Governance and Global People) and provide executive communications support for people leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area.
2 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
